Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach.
3. In another bowl, whisk the ricotta, eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
4. Combine the pasta mixture with the egg mixture. Make sure everything is evenly coated.
5. Pour the entire mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden.
