Ingredients
– 500 g pierogies
– 500 g kielbasa sausage
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Place pierogies, kielbasa, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion on the baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
4. Spread the mixture out in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
5. Once cooked, remove from the oven. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
