Delicious Sesame Noodles Recipe: Quick And Easy Asian Dish

Ingredients

100 g dried noodles (any type)
60 ml sesame oil
60 ml soy sauce
30 ml rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 spring onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Salt, to taste

Method

1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and salt until smooth.
3. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss them well so that they are evenly coated with the sauce.
4. Toss in the sliced spring onions and sesame seeds, mixing everything again gently.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
