Ingredients
– 250 g noodles
– 60 ml sesame oil
– 60 ml soy sauce
– 30 ml rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 2 green onions, sliced
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
Method
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
3. Add the cooled noodles to the bowl and toss them until the sauce coats all the noodles evenly.
4. Stir in the sliced green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
5. Serve the noodles in bowls and top with fresh cilantro for garnish.
