Method
1. Start by mixing the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey in a bowl.
2. Add in the grated ginger and minced garlic, stirring until well combined.
3. Sprinkle in the sesame seeds and sliced spring onion for added crunch.
4. Taste the dressing and season with freshly ground black pepper as desired.
5. Pour the dressing over your favorite salad or store it in a jar for later use.
