Ingredients

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic to the pan, and sauté until the onion becomes soft.
3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Mix in dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Then add the cooked quinoa and stir everything together.
5. Finally, remove from heat and gently fold in the fresh basil.
