Ingredients
– 500 g white fish fillets
– 250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 cup diced bacon
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cups potatoes, diced
– 1 cup corn kernels
– 1 cup cream
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 4 cups fish stock
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Start by cooking the bacon in a large pot over medium heat until it turns crispy.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Mix in the corn, shrimp, fish fillets, cream, and thyme. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked.
5. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Serve hot.
