Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
750 g potatoes, sliced thinly
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
Mix the cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
Pour half of this mixture over the potatoes, then add half the cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
