Ingredients
400 g can of corn, drained
400 g can of cream-style corn
500 ml sour cream
115 g packet of corn muffin mix
100 g shredded cheese
1 egg
60 ml melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix together both cans of corn in a large bowl.
Add sour cream, corn muffin mix, shredded cheese, egg, melted butter, and garlic powder. Stir until everything is combined.
