Ingredients
– 400 ml corn kernels (drained)
– 250 ml sour cream
– 250 ml milk
– 2 large eggs
– 120 g cornmeal
– 100 g grated cheese
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon melted butter
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix the corn kernels, sour cream, milk, and eggs until well combined.
3. Stir in cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and pepper until everything is fully mixed.
4. Fold in the grated cheese and melted butter.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
