Ingredients
– 1 cup fresh spinach
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup grated cheese
– 1 egg
– 1 packet of puff pastry
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, then sauté onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add spinach to the pan, cooking until wilted. Stir in ricotta, grated cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and layer them in a baking dish. Pour the filling on top.
5. Fold the pastry over the filling, seal the edges, and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
