Ingredients

Method
1. Start by grating the carrots and chopping the spinach and olives.
2. In a bowl, mix the grated carrots, chopped spinach, black olives, and cream cheese until well combined.
3. Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown on both sides.
5. Spread the carrot and spinach mix onto the toasted bread. Serve immediately and enjoy.
