Ingredients

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Toss in the sliced cabbage, salt, black pepper, sugar if using, and smoked paprika. Mix everything well.
5. Pour in the broth or water and cover the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
