Ingredients
– 2 cups of milk
– 8 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
– 250 g of fresh sausage meat
– 1 cup of grated Monterey Jack cheese
– 1 cup of chopped spinach
– 1/2 cup of chopped onion
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and grease a baking dish.
2. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the chopped onion until soft. Add the sausage meat and cook until browned.
3. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Combine milk, baking powder, salt, and black pepper into the bowl, stirring well.
4. Mix in the cooked sausage, cheese, and spinach into the egg mixture. Pour everything into the baking dish.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
