Ingredients
– 400g sausage
– 1 can (400g) canned tomatoes
– 1 can (400g) cannellini beans, drained
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 carrot, diced
– 1 cup vegetable broth
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Start by heating a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
3. Toss in the onion, garlic, and carrot. Sauté until they are soft.
4. Stir in the canned tomatoes, beans, vegetable broth, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
