Delicious Satay Recipe: Easy And Flavorful Grilled Skewers

Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
Skewers

Method
Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
In a bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, coriander, peanut butter, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
Add chicken strips to the marinade and ensure they are fully coated.
Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally.
