Delicious Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée Recipe For Dessert Lovers

Ingredients

– 200 ml cream
– 200 ml milk
– 100 g sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 pinch sea salt
– Extra sugar for topping

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
2. In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, and half the sugar. Heat until warm, but do not boil.
3. Whisk together eggs, remaining sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a bowl. Slowly stir in the warm cream mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish. Fill the baking dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the centers are set. After cooling, sprinkle extra sugar on top and caramelize with a kitchen torch before serving.
