Method
1. Start by washing the salad greens and place them in a large bowl.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrots, and bell pepper to the greens.
3. Mix in the corn and chickpeas for added texture and flavor.
4. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the top of the salad.
5. Drizzle your favorite salad dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss everything gently to combine.
