Ingredients
– 4 medium potatoes, diced
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
– 200 g spinach, chopped
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and cook for 30 seconds until they smell nice.
3. Put in the chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden.
4. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
5. Add the diced potatoes and chopped spinach. Sprinkle with garam masala, salt, and pepper, then cook until the potatoes are tender.
