Ingredients
- 1 kg Yukon Gold potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for about 30-35 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, then sprinkle with parsley before serving.
