Delicious Roasted Squash With Paprika Oil Recipe For Fall

Ingredients
1 small butternut squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving

Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
Place the squash cut-side up on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil over the squash and sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
Roast the squash in the oven until it is tender and can be easily pierced with a fork, about 30 to 40 minutes.
After removing the squash, sprinkle minced garlic and parsley on top. If desired, add feta cheese and serve with lemon wedges.
