Delicious Roasted Red Peppers In Creamy White Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
4 red bell peppers
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
250 ml cream
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup water

Method
Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cut the red peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 25 minutes or until they are tender.
While the peppers are roasting, heat the garlic in a pan, add cream, cheese, paprika, basil, and water, stirring well until combined.
