Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 cup olives, chopped
  • 1 head of garlic, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast together.
  2. Pour in the warm water and stir until it forms a shaggy dough.
  3. Add the chopped olives and roasted garlic, then mix again to combine everything.
  4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it sit for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
  5. When ready, preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F), heat a skillet, add olive oil, then transfer the dough and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
