Ingredients

Method
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast together.
- Pour in the warm water and stir until it forms a shaggy dough.
- Add the chopped olives and roasted garlic, then mix again to combine everything.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it sit for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
- When ready, preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F), heat a skillet, add olive oil, then transfer the dough and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
