Ingredients
1 cup roasted chana dal
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 dried red chilies
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
1 green chili, chopped
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
Stir in dried red chilies, turmeric powder, and salt, cooking for about a minute.
Mix in roasted chana dal and green chili, sautéing for another two minutes.
Remove from the heat and add lemon juice along with chopped coriander before serving.
