Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
60 ml balsamic vinegar
60 ml honey
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes until they’re tender and browned.
Mix balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl, then drizzle it over the sprouts and sprinkle with Parmesan and walnuts before serving.
