Rice Cooker Pork Ribs and Pumpkin Rice
Ingredients
– 1 kg pork ribs
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 cups pumpkin, diced
– 2 cups rice
– 4 cups water
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Rub the pork ribs with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the olive oil in the rice cooker, then sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Place the marinated pork ribs in the cooker, followed by the diced pumpkin.
4. Rinse the rice under cold water and add it to the cooker. Pour in the water.
5. Close the rice cooker lid and cook until the rice is done, about 30-40 minutes.
