Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
– 1 medium onion, finely chopped
– 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
– 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 tablespoon cooking oil
– Salt to taste
Method
1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
3. Stir in the chopped onion and cook until it turns golden brown.
4. Mix in ginger-garlic paste, followed by tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
5. Add the cauliflower florets and water as needed. Cover and cook until the cauliflower is tender. Sprinkle garam masala and stir well.
