Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1 large tomato, chopped
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
3. Add the chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft. Mix in coriander powder and salt.
4. Add cauliflower florets and mix well with the spices. Cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
5. Sprinkle garam masala on top and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
