Ingredients
– 1 ¾ cups plain flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– ½ teaspoon baking soda
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
– 1 cup vegetable oil
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tablespoon red food coloring
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease your mini bundt cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder until combined.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, and red food coloring.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix. Stir gently until the batter is smooth and well combined.
5. Fill each bundt cake mold about two-thirds full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
