Delicious Red Pepper Feta Dip Recipe: Easy & Flavorful Appetizer

Ingredients

– 1 large red bell pepper
– 200 g feta cheese
– 60 ml olive oil
– 1 clove garlic
– 15 ml lemon juice
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– Salt to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
– Crackers or bread for serving

Method

1. Roast the red bell pepper over an open flame or in a hot oven until the skin is charred. Cool and then peel the skin off.
2. Place the roasted pepper, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and black pepper into a blender.
3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Taste and add salt if needed.
4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Serve the dip with crackers or bread, and sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish.
