Ingredients
– 1 cup of rice flour

– ½ cup of jaggery
– ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder
– 1 tablespoon of ghee
– A pinch of salt
– Banana leaves or parchment paper for wrapping
– Oil for greasing
Method
1. Start by mixing rice flour and water in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add salt, grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, and ghee to the mixture. Stir well to combine everything.
3. Prepare the banana leaves or parchment paper by cutting them into small squares and greasing them lightly with oil.
4. Take a spoonful of the mixture and place it on the center of each square. Fold and wrap them securely.
5. Steam the wrapped parcels in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through.
