Delicious Raw Mango Puliogare Gojju Recipe For Unique Flavor

Ingredients

– 1 cup uncooked rice
– 1 cup raw mango, grated
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
– 1 teaspoon urad dal (black gram dal)
– 1-2 green chilies, chopped
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons jaggery (or brown sugar)
– 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped

Method

1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set it aside once done.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them pop.
3. Stir in urad dal and green chilies, cooking until the dal turns golden brown.
4. Add grated mango, turmeric, salt, and jaggery. Mix everything and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Combine the mango mixture with the cooked rice. Top with fresh coriander and serve.
