Delicious Raw Mango Puliogare Gojju Recipe For Summer Savory Delight

Ingredients

– 1 cup of raw mango, grated
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
– 1 teaspoon of urad dal
– 1 teaspoon of chana dal
– 2 to 3 dried red chilies
– 10 curry leaves
– 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
– 1 tablespoon of jaggery, grated
– Salt to taste

Method

1. Start by heating the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds and wait for them to pop.
3. Mix in urad dal, chana dal, dried red chilies, and curry leaves. Cook for a couple of minutes until the dal turns golden.
4. Toss in the grated mango, turmeric powder, jaggery, and salt. Stir everything together and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve warm with rice or enjoy it as a side dish.
