Ingredients
– 500g fresh ravioli
– 100g butter
– 5 sage leaves
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 cup peas (optional)
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method
1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add sage leaves and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
4. Toss in the cooked ravioli, peas (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix gently to coat everything in the butter sauce.
5. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
