Method
1. Start by rinsing the raspberries and patting them dry with a paper towel.
2. In a large bowl, combine the baby spinach, crumbled feta, and shelled pistachios.
3. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture. Gently toss to combine all the ingredients.
5. Finally, top the salad with raspberries and serve immediately.
