Ingredients
- 1 packet of ramen noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml rice vinegar
- 30 ml sesame oil
Method
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots, chopped green onions, sliced red bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and coriander.
- Add the cooked noodles to the vegetable mixture. Toss everything together to mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
