Ingredients
– 400 g radishes, chopped

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they become soft.
3. Stir in the radishes and diced potato. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then pour in the vegetable broth.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Blend the soup until smooth, then stir in the milk. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
