Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Toss everything until the cauliflower is well coated.
4. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking tray. Roast for about 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
5. Once done, drizzle lemon juice over the cauliflower, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using, and garnish with parsley before serving.
