Ingredients
– 1 cup (250 ml) of milk
– 1 cup (250 ml) of brewed coffee
– 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
– Whipped cream for topping
– Cinnamon for garnish
Method
1. Start by heating the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
2. Whisk in the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until everything is well combined.
3. Pour the brewed coffee into your preferred mug.
4. Slowly add the hot milk mixture on top of the coffee, stirring as you pour.
5. Finish by adding whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
