Ingredients
200 g pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Spread the pumpkin seeds on a baking tray and roast them in the oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
Let the seeds cool down after roasting.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
