Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
- Mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and egg together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. Stir in the vegetable oil until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
