Delicious Pumpkin Dinner Rolls: Perfect Seasonal Side Recipe

Ingredients
– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 1/2 cup warm milk
– 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
– 3 tbsp sugar
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup milk (for brushing rolls)

Method
1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it bubbles.
2. Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, salt, and cinnamon to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
3. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
5. Punch down the risen dough, shape it into rolls, and place them on a baking tray. Brush the tops with milk and let them rise for another 30 minutes before baking at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
