Delicious Pumpkin Dinner Rolls: Easy Recipe For Fall Baking

Ingredients

500 g pumpkin puree
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Method

1. Warm the milk and water in a saucepan until it’s slightly warm but not hot.
2. Mix the yeast and sugar into the warm liquid. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes or until it bubbles.
3. Combine the pumpkin puree, melted butter, cinnamon, salt, and yeast mixture in a large bowl. Stir well.
4. Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
