Ingredients
– 1 cup of pumpkin puree
– 1 cup of cream cheese
– 1 cup of sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 cups of all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
– ½ cup of butter, melted
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Spread it evenly.
5. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
