Delicious Pumpkin Butter Sugar Cookies Recipe For Fall Baking

Ingredients
250 g pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and softened butter until it’s smooth.
Add in the egg and vanilla extract, then stir until everything is combined well.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix until a dough forms.
Scoop out dough onto the prepared tray, spacing them about 5 cm apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
