Method
1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C. Line baking trays with baking paper.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually stir this mixture into the pumpkin batter.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the lined trays. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges look golden.
