Delicious Pulled Beef Focaccia Recipe For Your Next Meal

Ingredients

– 1.5 kg beef chuck roast
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 4 focaccia bread rolls

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe pot. Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and oregano. Place into the pot, browning it on all sides.
4. Pour in beef broth and balsamic vinegar. Bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.
5. Roast for 3 hours or until beef is tender. Shred the beef and serve on focaccia rolls.
