Ingredients
– 500 ml Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
– 1 banana, sliced
– ¼ cup nuts (like almonds or walnuts)
– ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– Parchment paper
Method
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Make sure it covers the bottom evenly.
2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined tray. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
4. Scatter the mixed berries, banana slices, nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt. Press them gently into the surface.
5. Freeze the tray for at least 3 hours or until the yogurt is firm. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
