Ingredients

– 3 tablespoons honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup fruit (like strawberries or bananas)
– 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
– A pinch of salt
Method
1. Start by blending the Greek yoghurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Add the fruit and peanut butter, then mix again until everything is combined well.
3. Taste the mixture and see if you want it sweeter; if so, add a bit more honey.
4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze it for about 4-6 hours.
5. Once it’s frozen, scoop out the ice cream and enjoy it in bowls or cones.
