Ingredients
- 250 g macaroni pasta
- 480 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 240 ml milk
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 340 g shredded cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
Method
1. Start by putting the macaroni, water, and salt into a pressure cooker.
2. Close the lid securely and set the cooker to high pressure. Cook for 4 minutes, then carefully release the pressure.
3. Open the lid when it is safe. Stir in the butter, milk, mustard powder, and black pepper.
4. Add the shredded cheese and mix well until it melts and becomes creamy.
5. Pour the macaroni into a baking dish. Mix breadcrumbs with paprika and sprinkle on top.
